USABA – United We Move
If you’re interested in joining a friendly and competitive community to help you stay active during these trying times, check out the United States Association of Blind Athletes United We Move Program – a group fitness program for blind and visually impaired athletes of all ages and abilities across the country.
Using Fitbit activity trackers, participants engage in challenges, fitness tracking and receive online videos created by three-time goalball Paralympian Tyler Merren. If you do not own a Fitbit wearable, USABA will ship you one when you register! The program fee is just $10 and will be open until April 20 or until the limited supply of Fitbits runs out.
