Statement Regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and NOAHCon2020

The health and safety of conference attendees is NOAH’s highest priority.  NOAH continues to monitor and stay abreast of recommendations about best practices concerning the coronavirus (COVID-19). Because the conference has such great value to the albinism community, NOAH plans to hold the conference as scheduled.  As this is an evolving situation, should it become unsafe or impractical to hold the conference, NOAH will alert all registrants.

Registrations after 5/15/20 on a space-available basis only. Programs for attendees 17 and under have limited enrollment and are not available for walk-in registration.


Credit Card Installment Payments


To help make the conference accessible to as many participants as possible, NOAH is pleased to once again offer the option of three, pre-authorized credit card installment payments for conference fees. If you wish to pay by installment, please complete the conference registration selecting “I will pay later”. Upon receipt of your registration confirmation, navigate to the Installment Payment page and set up your installment payments. Calculate your monthly payment by taking the total registration fee listed on your receipt, divided by 3, then rounded up to the nearest dollar. For example, installment payments for a $185 registration would be $62 each – $185 / 3 = $61.66, which rounds up to $62. On the installment payment page, you would enter the installment payment amount $62, for a total of 3 payments, for a total payment amount of $186. The first payment will be taken immediately, and the remaining two payments on the same day in subsequent months. Installment payments initiated March 1st will be taken on March 1st, April 1st and May 1st, as an example. Last installment payment will be taken on July 8th for installments initiated on or after May 8th.


Cancellation Policy:

Written refund requests are subject to a 9% processing fee and the following receipt deadlines:

50% fees – by 6/7/2020
No refunds after 5/31/2020
