Join the NOAH Team – Volunteer Today!

NOAH is looking for creative and enthusiastic people to support NOAH’s mission and vision.

Current Team Positions Available:

Albinism InSight Writer: Develops and submits content for the quarterly NOAH Albinism InSight magazine.

Albinism InSight Editor/Proofreader: Supervises and supports an editorial team of volunteers in the creation and publication of the quarterly NOAH Albinism InSight magazine. Collaborates with key members of the NOAH staff and advisors in the development, production and promotion of Albinism InSight and NOAH’s electronic educational publication NOAH Ed U, both resources of the albinism community.

Fundraising Volunteer: Support local fundraiser hosts across the country.

NOAH Connections Volunteer: Assist NOAH staff in planning and implementing NOAH Connections programming.

Website Volunteer: Assist NOAH staff in applying light edits or updates to existing pages in WordPress.

Marketing & Communications Committee Volunteer: Attends semi-monthly meetings of the Marketing & Communications Committee to provide recommendations, in alignment with NOAH’s mission and brand, regarding marketing and communications messaging across NOAH’s print and electronic communication channels.

Marketing & Communications Volunteer Intern:  Through social media, emails, and other channels, the Marketing & Communications team works to engage and inform the albinism community, and the Marketing & Communications Intern assists NOAH staff in implementing the ideas and recommendations from each committee meeting.

Social Media Graphic Volunteer: Assist NOAH staff in creating infographics/graphics for electronic channels and provide content suggestions to foster engagement.

NOAH Donor Thank You Team Volunteer: Join the team of community members helping to thank our awesome NOAH donors by writing and sending thank you notes as assigned. 

International Albinism Awareness Volunteer: Organize and support the NOAH International Albinism Awareness Program to educate and promote the international day of awareness. 

Adult Weekend Planning Committee Volunteer: Committee members will research and plan activities for an in-person event and alternatives for a virtual event, if needed.
